UK Shipping

FREE standard shipping on all UK orders

✔ Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days from dispatch
 

 

International Shipping

 

Flat-rate shipping: £13.99 for international orders
 

✔ Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked
 

✔ Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe (Non-EU): 3–7 working days
  • USA & Canada: 5–10 working days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 working days
    Customs & Import Fees: Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied in their country.

Returns & Exchanges

Earrings

 

I want you to love your jewellery! However, due to hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings.

 

Exceptions:
 

✔ If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. I’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
 

✔ If you receive the wrong item by mistake, let me know within 7 days, and I’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

Headpieces

 

Headpieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
 

To initiate a return, the buyer must contact me within 7 days of delivery and return the item within 14 days.
 

✔ The headpiece must be in brand-new, unused condition—items that show signs of wear, styling products, or alterations will not be accepted.
 

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

 

One-of-a-Kind & High-Value Headpieces
 

Because each headpiece is unique, I cannot offer a replacement.
 

Refunds are ONLY issued once the returned item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to be in original condition.

 

Items reported as damaged on arrival
 

✔ If your headpiece arrives damaged, you must:

  • Contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear, detailed photos of the damage, including all packaging.
  • Return the item for assessment before a refund is issued.

 

Refunds will NOT be granted if:
 

✔ The item is not returned for inspection.
 

✔ The item is returned with visible wear, product residue, styling alterations, or damage inconsistent with transit damage.
 

✔ The return request is made outside of the return window.

 

 If you need a headpiece for a specific event, I recommend ordering well in advance to allow for processing, shipping, and adjustments.

 

FAQs & Contact

Q: Can I cancel an order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they have not already been dispatched.
 

✔ If an order is placed in the late afternoon or evening, it may be processed overnight and dispatched in the morning—if this happens, cancellation may no longer be possible.
 

If you need to cancel an order, please contact me ASAP. I will do my best to help, but once the item has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

Q: My order hasn’t arrived—what should I do?

✔ Please allow up to 10 working days for UK orders and 30 working days for international orders before reporting a lost parcel. If your order hasn’t arrived within this time, please contact me.
